Tag football (also known as tag rugby) is a safe and exciting sport born in Australia in 1992. It uses a rugby ball but removes tackling — instead, players aim to grab ribbons (tags) attached to opponents’ waists.

Popular in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, and France, tag football is quickly growing in popularity worldwide. It’s easy to learn, non-contact, and great for everyone — regardless of age or fitness level.

Whether you’re a sports fan or just looking to try something new, this is the perfect summer activity!
